A successful entrepreneur is a conscious entrepreneur or how to be a successful entrepreneur in the new paradigm, is one of the big questions we are starting to ask ourselves more and more.

Times change, and so does the concept of success. Although we still have in mind the old 80’s idea of the young and smart guy who earns a lot of money in a very short time, who overnight becomes a millionaire driving luxury convertible cars and living in modern mansions, this is no longer the case. So what is a successful entrepreneur?

The conscious entrepreneur succeeds in life and also in business, not by having money and possessing material things. Increasingly we see more and more cases of entrepreneurs and businessmen who have succeeded but did not feel fulfilled and happy. Success is not outside, it is inside.

A successful entrepreneur in the new paradigm is a conscious entrepreneur. It is the one who manages to feel good about himself doing what he does and that also provides him with enough money to lead a healthy life. The purpose of a business is not to pile up bills, but to have a useful and honest sense for others. Doing good to others makes us feel good and having a company that does this makes us feel fulfilled, motivated and fulfilled.

A conscious company is a responsible company whose purpose is to do good for the community. A conscious company is a company in which both entrepreneurs, businessmen and workers or customers feel good about what they do. Are you a conscious entrepreneur?
