The purpose of the Meetings of the Heart is to bring together people with concerns and desires to expand their consciousness. The objective is to learn new ways of thinking, communicating and relating that will allow them to respond to the challenges we humans face in the 21st century. The meetings will take place once a month, via Online. We will also organize full day retreats in the Sierra de Madrid.

Alex, the creator of Wake Up, will also be part of the Path, providing his support and contributions, both in the structure of the session and in the content and topics, from his experience in the awakening process.
We will begin by activating the internal structures of the heart brain to generate cardiac coherence. Each day we will work with an aspect of the personality that will challenge us emotionally. The heart will allow us to interpret reality in a very different way than the mind. We will create new thought structures in the brain of the heart. When we work from the territory of the heart there is no catharsis, trauma or pain. We will learn to walk lighter, safer and in tune with our personal Life Program. The changes take place in three steps provided by the higher intelligence of the heart: understanding, acceptance and integration.
The proposal is a challenge in these times where logic, reasoning and the faculties of the mind are considered the only source of knowledge. It is not about using this or that brain hemisphere, it is about taking a leap to a higher octave: to expand our consciousness by activating the higher intelligence of the heart. The Wayfarer of the Heart commits himself to have his heart as the guide of what he does, says, thinks and feels.
