Come and Meditate at the Madrid Retreat with Us

On Saturday, November 2nd we will meet at the Retiro in Madrid.

After a short introduction, we will have a guided meditation of about 30 – 45 minutes.

Afterwards, we will have a talk to comment on the practice performed.

You don’t need to be an expert, these events are aimed at the most experienced meditators as well as the most inquiring minds.

Luis Pablo García Coronado is a meditation instructor specializing in mindfulness, which helps people achieve calmness and mental clarity. With extensive experience, he has supported many in reducing stress and improving concentration. In addition, he is an accomplished athlete, having completed a marathon in 2:38, participated in seven Ironmans and finished the Ultraman NonStop in 35 hours. He also promotes fasting as part of his wellness philosophy, “Fast to Feed.”

Also attending the event will be Alex, meditator and founder of Wake Up Platform.

We will be between the Library and Florida Park, you can enter through either entrance.

TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT

We will meditate sitting on the grass, it will not be necessary, but if you want you can bring your mat. We will NOT have available

It will be cool. The forecast is for sunshine, however the mornings are getting chilly, so bring a coat.
