Adriana Domínguez, born in Ourense, is the CEO of Adolfo Domínguez. She has worked at the company for more than two decades, leading its transformation through creativity, sustainability and innovation. She previously held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In FY2023/24, the firm achieved €126.7 million in sales and has 360 stores in 24 countries. Under her leadership, the brand has implemented initiatives such as Social Live Shopping and pioneering services such as ADN RENT and ADN BOX. Dominguez has driven award-winning advertising campaigns that challenge clothing consumption. She has a strong academic background and speaks five languages.

Marga Guerra
Margarita Guerra has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law, specializing in conflict resolution. She is a certified professional coach, teacher and accredited professional in the use of the Enneagram by the International Enneagram Association (IEA). For the last 5 years she has presided over the Spanish Enneagram Association, is a Senior Member of the Enneagram in Business Network and is currently a member of the IEA Board of Directors.
