This documentary approaches the complex problem of prostitution from diverse perspectives by sharing the testimonies of prostitutes, a former sex addict, mental health professionals and journalist Alfredo Urdaci. As the issue deals with the reasons behind prostitution and the use of sexual services, the harsh realities of vulnerability, violence and exploitation are exposed. The contrast between the glamorized perception of sex work and the challenges faced by the people involved offers a critical perspective on stigma, dehumanization and objectification. In addition, the film addresses gender intersectionality, typical profiles of consumers and their motivations, and the connection between prostitution and drugs and alcohol. It therefore answers the question of how society should address the issue without compromising justice, dignity, personal autonomy, challenging prejudices and deepening the understanding of prostitution.
