These meditations change the meditator’s worldview, erode our self-centered view of what surrounds us, and it is felt that they should be the way we relate to each other as human beings in order to build a better world.<\/span><\/div>\n

In the presentation we will talk about them, we will do some meditative practice to get to know them and we will answer any questions the audience may have about this or any other topic. <\/span><\/div>\n

\"\"About Javier Garc\u00eda Campayo<\/span><\/h2>\n

He has a degree in Medicine from the University of Zaragoza, where he also obtained his PhD and specialized in Psychiatry at the Hospital Cl\u00ednico Universitario de Zaragoza.<\/span><\/p>\n

He has carried out research stays at the universities of Manchester, Cambridge and McGill (Canada). He leads the Research Group “Mental Health in Primary Care”, recognized by the Government of Aragon, and is part of the REDIAP of the Ministry of Health. <\/span>
\nHe has written more than 20 books, 25 chapters and published more than 300 studies. In addition, he directs the Master of Mindfulness at the University of Zaragoza, the oldest in Spanish. <\/span><\/p>\n
