\n\t\t\t\t\t\tManu Mari\u00f1o, director of Quietude: Institute of Contemplative Sciences, is the creator of the Quietude Training: Mindfulness, Compassion and Contemplative Sciences. With more than 30 years of experience in contemplative practice, Manu has guided numerous silent retreats and accompanies people on the Camino de Santiago. He is a Master in Mindfulness and co-author of the book Mindfulness Day by Day. His approachable and entertaining style, which manages to approach the transcendental with lightness, has made his message resonate with people of all ages and backgrounds, promoting personal transformation through laughter.
